MAHA joined with groups from around the country today in asking that the Federal Reserve Bank schedule public hearings on the merger between Capital One and ING Direct, which will create the nation's fifth largest bank. The Fed had said previously that they would only accept public comments for 30 days - a deadline that is fast approaching on August 22.
